Turnkey Supply from Raw Material Procurement to Final Assembly

Hana Aero Dynamics, a precision aerospace components manufacturer, has signed a long-term agreement with U.S. helicopter manufacturer Bell Textron to supply helicopter fuselage structures for up to 120 aircraft through 2031.

Hana Aero Dynamics announced on September 8 that it had signed a five-year agreement with Bell to supply Bell 412 helicopter fuselage structures from 2027 through 2031. Under the agreement, Hana Aero Dynamics will manage the entire process on a turnkey basis, from raw material procurement and component manufacturing to structural assembly and final delivery.

Hana Aero Dynamics began directly exporting Bell 412 fuselage structures in 2024 and has delivered more than 40 units to date. According to the company, it is the only Tier-1 supplier in Korea directly supplying Bell's production facilities with Bell 412 fuselage structural assemblies manufactured in Korea.

Under the new agreement, Hana Aero Dynamics expects its annual revenue to increase by more than 30% from 2027, compared with current levels. The company also expects the share of its business involving the manufacture and delivery of complete aircraft structural assemblies, rather than individual components alone, to increase.

Hana Aero Dynamics specializes in the design and manufacture of aircraft tooling, precision machining of materials such as aluminum and titanium, and aircraft structural assembly. The company carries out tooling design and reverse engineering, structural analysis, precision machining, and maintenance in-house.

Established in 1990, Hana Aero Dynamics has 36 years of operating experience. The company recorded approximately KRW 33.3 billion in revenue and KRW 5.0 billion in operating profit in 2025, with revenue increasing from KRW 14.6 billion in 2023 to KRW 32.0 billion in 2024 and KRW 33.3 billion in 2025. Its operating margin was approximately 15% in 2025.

“We believe this contract demonstrates that our manufacturing technology, stable mass-production capabilities, and project execution capabilities have been recognized by a global customer,” said Chan-hwan Shon, CEO of Hana Aero Dynamics. “We will continue to expand our cooperation with Bell and other global customers.”

Meanwhile, Hana Aero Dynamics is also accelerating its initial public offering (IPO) process. The company passed the Korea Exchange (KRX) preliminary review for a KOSDAQ listing at the end of August and has entered the formal listing process.
