Global aerospace high-precision integrated solutions provider Hana Aero Dynamics Co., Ltd. (“Hana Aero Dynamics”) announced on September 2 that it has received approval from the Korea Exchange (KRX) for its preliminary review for a KOSDAQ listing, officially launching its initial public offering (IPO) process. IBK Investment & Securities is serving as the lead underwriter.

Established in 1990, Hana Aero Dynamics is a precision manufacturing company that has built technological expertise in high-precision machining of aerospace components and structural assembly using advanced materials such as aluminum and titanium. Based on its in-house tooling development and manufacturing capabilities, the company provides one-stop solutions ranging from aircraft tooling design and high-precision machining to final assembly of helicopter fuselage structures.

A company representative said, “Our proprietary tooling technology gives us process competitiveness by significantly shortening development and production lead times. As a key Tier-1 supplier to global rotorcraft specialist Bell Textron, we are the only company in Korea with experience in the direct export of Bell 412 completed assemblies and fuselage structures.”

Hana Aero Dynamics is also expanding its order portfolio across both defense and commercial aerospace sectors as a key partner of Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI). The company has secured contracts for the manufacturing and serial production supply of FWD and AFT boarding assist fixtures for the KF-21 supersonic fighter and has delivered its initial production units.

Hana Aero Dynamics has strengthened its order visibility by securing long-term supply chain management (SCM) partnerships. In April, the company entered into a 10-year strategic partnership with global aerospace SCM company Sphere Corporation, extending through 2036, along with an exclusive distribution agreement covering North America. Through the partnership, Hana Aero Dynamics entered the space launch vehicle and satellite precision components market.

The company has also established a long-term partnership with global aerospace SCM specialist Incora and secured overseas customers including Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) and SUBARU, diversifying its customer base as a Tier-1 supplier to global OEMs.
